Privacy Policy

The short version: Verba collects no personal data.

1. No accounts, no tracking

Verba has no sign-up, no analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers, and makes no network requests of its own. The word library ships inside the app.

2. Your data stays with you

Preferences, saved words, streaks, and practice progress are stored locally on your device (in the app's container) and are never transmitted to us. If your iPhone is signed in to iCloud, Apple also syncs a backup of this progress to your private iCloud so a reinstall or a new phone can pick up where you left off — it never passes through us and is readable by no one but you. Deleting the app deletes the on-device data; any iCloud backup stays in your private iCloud.

3. Purchases

Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details. Apple's privacy policy governs payment processing.

4. Notifications

Word notifications are scheduled locally on your device; no push servers are involved.

5. Children

Verba does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

6. Changes

If a future version ever collects data, this policy and the App Store privacy label will be updated first.
